With over 25 years of financial leadership in non-profit and arts organizations, Jennifer Kovalskaya founded Skaya Consulting to help mission-driven organizations achieve the financial clarity they need.

From Controller roles at Historic Hudson Valley and Tribeca Film Festival/Institute to CFO at Columbia Artists Management, she has managed everything from annual audits for multiple entities, to multi-million-dollar budgets. Her approach combines CPA-level technical expertise with a genuine passion for supporting the arts, education, and community organizations.
